Revel in the warmth of Fleur de Soleil, an ode to the golden hours when the sun lingers and the world slows to a dreamy hush. This print was born from an archive of antique beauty: 1891 watercolour and graphite studies of magnolia blossoms originally drawn for Tiffany & Co., Victorian lithographs of ripe peaches glowing like tiny suns, and a whimsical 1830 sketch of an imagined fountain and garden pavilion where one might spend an endless afternoon. Moths and butterflies flit along its edges, borrowed from early 19th-century insect encyclopedias, their delicate wings a whisper of transformation and flight. Rendered in soft washes of peach, coral, sage, and sun-warmed tan, Fleur de Soleil feels like the memory of a perfect day. It carries the charm of a secret garden, the sweetness of fruit warmed by the sun, and the serene beauty of a place where time is measured only by the drifting of butterflies and the clinking of glasses filled with sweet tea.
We've modelled the size and weight after our favourite vintage French scarves to create chic, easy to wear designs for every day use. Wear them wrapped once around the neck, tucked in to a jacket, or tied in the hair. Crafted from soft viscose, the fabric is a lighter, airier weight than our kimonos, with the same beautifully soft feel.
