As stated in our terms and conditions in accordance with fair trading NSW we do not offer refunds for change of mind but we are happy to accommodate an exchange or store credit.


If there is a major issue with your order or your order is damaged please contact us and we will happily look into the matter and provide a refund for the item(s) and postage where we deem appropriate.


If there is a minor fault when your product arrives, such as small marks, you may contact us, with photos of the fault, and we may provide you with a store credit. This offer only applies for a 14 day period from the time of delivery or until the Product is worn or used by you, whichever occurs earlier.
