Returns

We hope that you love your purchase, but we understand sometimes things don't work out. Here at By A Farmer's Daughter, we are committed to helping you where we can and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and overall shopping experience!

As stated in our terms and conditions in accordance with fair trading NSW we do not offer refunds but we are happy to accommodate an exchange or store credit.

 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at byafarmersdaughter@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 131 George Street, Windsor NSW 2756.

Once your return is approved, please package the item/s up carefully and send back to us. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as custom orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as body products) and jewellery. We also do not accept returns for items purchased on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are made at our discretion. If approved, once your return has been received then you will be issued with a store credit, to be used in the next 6 months. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We are a small business, and only refund items that have been damaged in transit or are faulty. Please contact us immediately at byafarmersdaughter@gmail.com if either of these issues occur.
